Preliminary Consultation:
Interactive discussion to explore and define your “vision” for the project. I listen carefully to your ideas and begin to formulate a conceptual design plan based upon your input.
Agreement:
The agreement encompassing the basic parameters of your project, including the budget, general time frames and our business practices, is outlined in writing and mutually agreed upon.
Initial Presentation:
Detailed initial presentation of the conceptual design. We carefully gather your input and feedback to make necessary adjustments prior to the final presentation.
Final Presentation and Consultation:
The final presentation will include a master design plan with detailed layouts, furnishing choices and an estimated budget proposal for your final approval.
Implementation:
Following approval of the final presentation and budget approval, construction work begins on site and in various workrooms and shops. Purchasing the items that we choose together commences. Regular site visits and client meetings occur until project completion
